There are basically two ways to get started if you need manhole rehab equipment. First, we can manufacture our VersaSpray G70 turn-key package and deliver it to your facility. Second, we can provide just the equipment you need to finish up a unit if you already own one or more of the components. Training is also offered for both equipment and product.

Also,we have found our equipment to be compatible with most manhole rehabiliation products.

Model SP-11 incorporates diesel and hydraulics to operate the Rotor/stator mortar pump and the intergrated mixer. Includes 50 ft. of hose and a standard spray gun. Optional Spincaster available.

RSP 500 Mortar Pump and Model 120 Mixer for MH Liner and CA Liner 100

Model RSP-500 is an air powered rotor/stator pump with material output up to 3gpm with a maximum pumping pressure of 300psi. Includes four lengths of 1" x 15' material hose and one straight spray nozzle. Requires 100 CFM.

Model 120 Mixer is perfect for use with the RSP-500 Mortar Pump. It can mix a 150 lb. batch of mortar in about 5 minutes.
