Leak Stopping Products for Manhole Rehabilitation

Parson Quick Plug
Old reliable. Fast-set cementitious product that hardens in about 1 minute to stop small to medium size active leaks.

Urethane Grouts
Parson Hydro Grout
A tough, low viscosity, hydrophobic polyurethane that stops medium to high volume leaks and has controlled reaction times of 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

Parson Multi Grout
A versatile, high viscosity, hydrophobic polyurethane that cures to a flexible foam like a hydrophilic. Can be used with or without accelerator to achieve reaction times from 20 seconds to 1 ½ minutes.

Parson Perma Seal
Our flexible, hydrophilic polyurethane that reacts in about 30 seconds when mixed 1:1 with water.

Parson Seal-Tite
If you need to quickly stop up to 50 gpm of infiltration, this product is for you. Inject the 22 oz. tubes directly into leaks using a dual cartridge caulk gun and watch that leak stop before your eyes.

Dry Oakum
A dry, twisted, jute oakum made in rope form without tar or oil and is backed by laboratory and field research that has made it tops in quality, easy to handle and convenient to use. Available in 10 or 50 lb. boxes.

Linings/Coatings Products for Manhole Rehabilitation

Parson MH Liner
If manholes need structural rehabilitation due to age or poor construction, our microsilica enhanced, fiber-reinforced cementitious liner is the answer. With application thicknesses up to 3” in a single coat, Compressive Strength over 9000 psi and Bond Strength surpassing 2000 psi, this product is designed to provide a minimum service life of 25 years.

Parson CA Liner 100
In many cases, a manhole damaged by hydrogen sulfide can be rehabilitated with our calcium aluminate based, fiber-reinforced liner. It can be applied up to 2” thick in one coat, has similar physical properties and application methods to our MH Liner.

Parsonpoxy SEL-80
When a calcium aluminate product is just not enough by itself, use our 100% solids epoxy as a topcoat for added corrosion protection. Thicknesses up to 80 mils per coat and designed to provide a minimum service life of 50 years. Easy application using a brush, roller or single pot airless spray equipment.

Parsonpoxy SEL-80HB
An Ultra High Build, 100% solids, corrosion resistant epoxy coating designed as a stand alone coating over brick or precast concrete structures, or as a topcoat over PARSON MH LINER or CA LINER 100. Apply at thicknesses up to 125 mils per coat using a specialized plural component spray equipment.

Flex Liner 1000
A fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two component 100% pure PolyUrea elastomer spray coating material. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20ºF and also produces an extremely tough lining at thicknesses from 10 mils to 1000 mils, without appreciable sag or runs. Surfaces require initial primer coat using Prime Fast.
