PERFORMANCE DATA: PARSONPOXY FP absorbs stresses created when cracks and joints move, which insures a watertight seal.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces must be cleaned of all rust, scale, marine growth, debris, grease and loose material. Spray concrete and metal with a minimum 3500 psi waterblast or mechanically wirebrush surface to remove latents or loose dirt. Surface must be dry prior to application of material. Sandblasting is not required.

MIXING: Mix entire contents of Part A and Part B thoroughly at least 2 minutes by hand or with mechanical mixer, until a uniform color is achieved. Scrape sides of container frequently. Pot Life is approximately 40 minutes at 77°F.

SAFETY: PARSONPOXY FP contains ingredients that may cause minor skin and eye irritation. Skin rash, drying or defatting of the skin may result from constant exposure. It is recommended that rubber gloves and protective eyewear be used; especially in confined areas. If ingested, seek immediate medical help.

APPLICATION: For manhole frame and cone section repair, apply PARSONPOXY FP using a putty knife or brush. In the presence of active hydrostatic leaks, use PARSON QUICK PLUG to stop active leaks prior to application. If surface patching is necessary, use PARSON RPM. Allow to set for 45 – 60 minutes before applying PARSONPOXY FP. A primer is not required.

CLEAN-UP: Clean equipment and tools immediately after use with MEK or Xylene. Wash hands and skin areas with soap and warm water.

STORAGE: Shelf life is 2 years when stored at 70°F. If subjected to lower temperatures for extended periods, PARSONPOXY FP can become stiff or hard. In such cases, heat the material by immersing the containers in 130° to 180°F tap water, until material returns to original consistency.

PACKAGING: PARSONPOXY FP is available in Full Kits (1.25 gallons) or Half Kits (.625 gallons).

COVERAGE: One Full Kit of mixed material will cover approximately 24 vertical inches in a 27” diameter manhole chimney.
